Over time, we have seen an evolution and change in mentalities, desires, practices and habits, with new technologies being the main reason for this change.

People have changed their goals, nowadays the mobile phone is an essential tool in our day-to-day life and, certainly, it is one of the only ones that we cannot let go. Social networks make us feel more confident, the photos, the number of likes, the positive comments, we need, some more than others, to expose a little of our life, but we tend to focus only on the good things, holidays, well-plated meals, designer clothes, ..., we are completely influenced by the screen and touch.

The digital world is also a business and at the click of a button, or from viewing a video or website we can be influenced, anyone can exchange their “normal” work from 9am to 7pm, for the career of influencer or content creator. Nowadays your business may depend on the number of likes, followers or shares.

But is this influence important? Since we never have absolute control over anything, including ourselves, we do have an influence above all on the people who are mentally and physically closest to us, just as they have over us. This influence comes only from being who we are or doing what we do and if we ask ourselves why we follow good looking people, or why we like to see the daily lives and routines of certain influencers, we will come to the conclusion that we want to be influenced, the only choice we have is whether that influence will be good or bad.

Times change, desires change, people have evolved, they have more choice and opportunities and this is proved by the shock of generations, it is difficult for our grandparents to perceive this world in which we live because they have a different reality.

And the evolution will continue, and, in a few years, it will be my generation that will not understand anything about new technologies, those that we have mastered today, because our reality will be different. And life is like social media is in constant motion and change.
