For more than 10 years, Softway has been proud to support Rock ’n’ Law, an initiative where people, solidarity and purpose come together in a very special way.

The Interview Diaries is back to help you get to know our team a little better! Today, it’s Ricardo’s turn: developer, designer, and explorer by nature.

At Softway we believe the best ideas don't always come from meetings or from sitting in front of a screen. They also turn up over dinner with friends, in unhurried conversations, on a walk by the sea, in a book we finally had time to read, or simply during a pause in the sun with the sea as background noise.

We have once again been distinguished with the PME Líder status, this time related to 2025 - a renewal that leaves us particularly satisfied and holds special significance: more than just a one-time recognition, it is the validation of a solid and sustained journey.

Every year, we create a moment to pause. A moment to reflect. A moment to align. A moment to look at what we’ve done and, above all, where we want to go.

Being Santa Claus is one of the best things in the world! Having the privilege of giving a beautifully wrapped gift and witnessing the joy of the person unwrapping it, the anticipation of surprise, and the delight of the unexpected… is simply wonderful.

It is with great pride that we announce that Softway has been awarded the status of Leading SME 2024 by Millennium bcp.

Last Thursday, we broke from routine. We traded screens for trails, code for dust, and the sound of notifications for the rumble of jeep engines. We set off towards the Serra de Sintra, tyres full and minds light, ready for a different kind of day.

Some events are more than a lineup of talks. They are experiences that shake us, leaving us with fewer certainties and better questions.
