This weekend while having dinner with a friend, we talked about the importance of having change agents in a company. The theme is not new, but it gained more strength this year in which we were forced to rethink companies, redefine processes and reinvent relationships with new ways of communicating that impact the daily lives of people and companies.
Almost no platform online runs without costs, so if the service is free then you are the product.
Over time, we have seen an evolution and change in mentalities, desires, practices and habits, with new technologies being the main reason for this change.
I came back from vacation! The beach was left behind and with it the permanent buzz of a family home full of children laughing and running, lunch boxes to prepare, dinners where everyone talks at the same time forcing us to turn off because we can't think of anything else.
I'm a few days away from vacation and I started to think that this year is being a strange time, unlike other times of the year. Nothing can fail and I want to keep everything organized because rest is essential, but I have felt that this “holiday” theme has been a great challenge in the uncertain times in which we live today, a fact that I have never felt before.

And now how will it be? Covid-19 has changed minds, that's for sure. But what will this “new world” be like after confinement?
We gradually begin to return to a new “normality” for everyone. And we witnessed, in a very short time, to adjustments and re-adaptations to new realities that took us out of our comfort zone, but that at the same time opened so many other doors for us.
