With the arrival of a new year, it's time to look back on the good times we had as a team throughout 2023.

Christmas is a special time, full of light, traditions, and unique moments. This year, once again, we had dinner together [toasting and laughing out loud] and exchanged gifts chosen for each one.

You already know that we make websites, that we're creative, innovative and technologically rigorous, ... now we want you to get to know us not only for what we do, but also for who we are, and so we decided to venture into this new format, where we interview each other, without filters.

About a month ago, I took my first steps as a Project Manager at Softway. In this short period of time, I encountered an unique culture that surprised and inspired me. Not only because of the welcoming work environment, but also because of the concept of leadership that is informally practiced on a daily basis.
