Why write a text, record a video, prepare a presentation, if you don't analyze whether the target audience for that content finds you and, even more, after finding you, what do they do? read the article? buy the product? send an email? ...
A month has passed since Portugal has gone home and teams became remote at all costs. The web is growing exponentially, and remote leadership was imposed on a great team that makes new daily commits on websites that demand innovation and communication by the minute.
We already lived in an era that everything that happened, passed through the internet. But we went to stores and physical offices. Nowadays, and for an indeterminate time, we can only be online. And we believe that, in the future, our mindset will be mostly online, regardless of each generation.
The past couple of weeks have forced a change that was already being imposed in this world that in a few years made digital important and, in a few days, made it mandatory. We are discovering that it is possible for the world to take on an increasingly digital form and for people to be closer and more human.
Last week was tough and challenging, but full of energy. It was a pride to see our team united remotely in the most challenging multitasking of our lives that gathered work, family, study, following the news, managing anxieties, responding quickly, keeping up and resolving.
In 2020, we continue to look for the best possible user experience on our websites, this experience can be perfected by avoiding some issues detailed below.
We, at Softway, decided to overcome this together, being apart. We all continue well! Thankfully! We are not more than 20 and we do not fit the official numbers that impose distance. But as of today, we will work remotely, each one from each home.
