FIDE XXVIII Congress 2018.

In 2018, the XXVIII FIDE Congress will be held in Estoril Congress Center, Portugal. APDE is presiding FIDE from 2016 until 2018 and, in that capacity, has been given the responsibility to organize the XXVIII FIDE Congress to be held in 2018 in Portugal.
